Im a D...and Proud of It!!!
ok first of all i think that we did not have to spend the entire class time on that one test. It was getting to me that people were taking their sweet time answering their questions. Anyways the test result reveled that i was a D. Just as professor predicted. I think that the test was completely accurate and i already knew the results before even beginning the test. I really dont think people need to take the test to know their management styles. Because really it doesn't matter. People will still use the style they have been comfortable with all their lives and one simple test will not change that. Take me for example, i found out that my management style is a little rough and head on , but im not going to change that for nothing, that what makes me, me.

Management Over Seas...Neeeds Some Work
After My Spring Break in Cancun, Mexico i realized that management in US is that half bad. So my friends an I arrived at 4 pm to Hotel Oaisis. After 2 1/2 hrs in line to check-in, receptionist told us that we are booked for the wrong room and that all inclusive we payed for is not all inclusive and that they have 3 different all inclusive packages. After we asked to speak to a manager we had to wait another hour. After we finally got to the manager we realized he doesnt speak a word of english and it was pointless to explain our problem to him, we agreed upon paying extra to upgrade our room to phase 2 all inclusive which included better restaurant, better rooms, and in fact better alcohol. However since we had to wait 4 hours in line we requested to have some sort of compensation for our suffering, they basically laughed in our faces. five minutes later they told us they ran out of the rooms we requested and they had to put us into crappy room with no locks, and where nothing worked. We agreed to stay there one night only of they give us 30% off on the upgrade, that didnt happened. They finally settled for 20% at that point we were happy with that. After arriving to our room we realized it wasnt cleaned and they asked us to go ahead and have dinner and that our luggagewill be brought up to the room. When we came back there was no sign of our luggage. I ran to the management again and he had no room where our stuff was. No only it took us 4 hours to check in, and get a dirty room now they loose out luggage as well. As we all witnessed my temper is very limited and i went ballistic it took them another 2 hrs to find our stuff.Following day at 5 a.m to be exact we ran downstairs to get our new room. After hours and hours we finally got a new key in new building. When we opened the door we noticed that that room was occupied and we walked in on people changing! I ran back to the front desk to complain and request a new room and a credit for our suffering. The credit was absolutely tuend down but we did get a new room after 3 hours. That room was ok it wasnt the ocean view that was promised but defiantly night and day compared to our first room. Everything was great until the point where AC broke down, now remember it is like 90 degrees outside. We kept calling and calling front desk where we were put on hold for hours and finally gave up. Next day we went to complain and request a new room, nothing happened. So finally i decided to call them and tell them that my one of my roommates is allergic to something in the room and the other one is having asthma attack from no air in the room. What you know the mechanic was up within minutes!!! However they couldn't fix it and i made my roommate pretend she was having asthma attack. After manager finally came up and witnessed that they upgraded us to a better building with pure ocean view, unlimited room service and unlimited drinks in the fridge, and 50% credit to the package we payed for!!! Motive of the story? management sucked! all they had to do is put us in a normal room from the beginning to save all the trouble, but obviously they didnt want an American dying on them and killing their tourism ( the only income they receive) so they were willing to do anything to accommodate us.
